Exchange Calibration Service
The SUTO iTEC Exchange Calibration Service offers a hassle-free solution to ensure continuous, accurate monitoring of your systems. By utilizing our service, you’ll receive a calibrated sensor unit before returning your current one for recalibration, minimizing downtime and eliminating disruptions to your operations.
The replacement sensor comes with a fresh calibration certificate and retains the exact sensor settings as your existing device, allowing for seamless integration and immediate use. This proactive approach ensures that your critical measurements remain consistent, reliable, and compliant with industry standards.
How it works
1. Delivery in advance
You will receive a calibrated sensor unit with certificate and identical sensor settings in advance.
2. Simple installation
Simply replace the on-site sensor with the new calibrated sensor.
3. Return shipment
Send the removed sensor back to us within 4 weeks.
Important Notes
- Device age: The sensor to be replaced must not be older than 3 years.
- Return period: The replacement device must be returned within 4 weeks, otherwise, the amount for a new sensor will be charged.
- Warranty: Replacement devices/sensors are guaranteed for 12 months.
- Condition: All replacement devices/sensors are refurbished devices with full functionality and valid certificates.
- Special cases: If your on-site device has special, non-standard settings, please inform us when ordering.
- Damage assessment: Any damage to the returned device/sensor will be invoiced after inspection.
- Sensor model: Only sensors of the same type can be exchanged during an exchange calibration. It is not possible to exchange for a different model.
Return Note
When returning the device, the delivery bill must clearly state that this device is being returned as part of the exchange calibration and will remain with SUTO.
For returns, please fill out the RAM form and include a printed copy with your returned sensor shipment.
Ordering Information
When ordering an exchange sensor, please be sure to state the serial number of the device to be replaced.
