Advanced Monitoring for High-Purity Applications
The S132 is the high-performance version of SUTO iTEC’s laser particle counter series, designed for critical applications where the smallest particles matter. It measures particle sizes from 0.1 to 5.0 µm, offering unmatched precision for compliance with ISO 8573-1 and ISO 8573-4 standards.
ISO 8573 Class Evaluation and Guided Measurement
The S132 automatically calculates particle classes according to ISO 8573-1, making purity assessment fast and reliable. The Guided Measurement function supports users during audits and simplifies documentation by generating clear, standardized results — ideal for validation and certification processes.
Integrated Pressure Diffuser for Direct Connection
Like the S130, the S132 features an integrated pressure diffuser for direct sampling from pressurized lines up to 15 bar(g). This ensures accurate measurement without additional equipment and guarantees repeatable results according to international standards.
Flexible Operation and Data Management
The optional 5″ touch display provides a clear visualization of particle channels and ISO class results. Integrated data logging stores up to 30 million values, while communication via Modbus/RTU, Modbus/TCP, 4–20 mA, and USB allows full integration into control or SCADA systems.
