Central unit for compressed air and gas monitoring

7 inch high resolution color touch screen

Connects up to 150 channels

FDA 21 CFR Part 11 compliance built in

Channel specific alarm management with relays

10 GB data logger with up to 4.5 billion data points

Modbus/RTU, Modbus/TCP, analog and digital inputs

IP65 housing, panel or wall mountable
The S332 Display and Data Logger centralizes data acquisition, visualization, storage, and analysis into one powerful platform. Designed specifically for compressed air and industrial gas systems, the S332 delivers real time visibility across the entire network, from generation to point of use. Managing compressed air data across many measurement points can become complex and inefficient. The S332 brings every channel into one central unit.
One Device, Complete Visibility
Connect up to 150 channels and monitor your full compressed air network from a single 7 inch color touch screen. The S332 supports SUTO iTEC and third party sensors through Modbus/RTU, Modbus/TCP, analog, and digital inputs, so you can integrate existing measurement points without extra hardware.
Powerful Data Logging and Analysis
The integrated 10 GB data logger records up to 4.5 billion data points for long term trend analysis. You can export logged files for reporting, energy management, and compliance documentation. Customizable channel charts and real time trends make your data easy to read and act on.
Compliance Built In
User management, audit trail, and electronic signature features support FDA 21 CFR Part 11 requirements. Role based access with Admin, Operator, Auditor, and Manager accounts keeps system operation secure and fully traceable. This makes the S332 ideal for pharmaceutical and regulated industries.
Access From Anywhere
The integrated web server provides remote viewing and operation over your local network. With the optional 4G/LTE connection and the S4C Web platform, you can monitor, configure, export, and upload data to the SaaS cloud from any location.
Reliable Alarm Management
Configurable channel specific alarm thresholds with real time and historical alarm recording help you detect issues early and reduce risk. Built in relays, expandable up to ten, trigger immediate action when limits are exceeded.
Robust and Easy to Install
The IP65 rated housing protects the device in tough industrial conditions. The S332 supports both wall and panel mounting and is available in AC and DC versions.
The Successor to the S331
The S332 replaces the S331 with a larger 7 inch display, significantly expanded storage of 10 GB compared to 3 GB, and full FDA 21 CFR Part 11 compliance. Existing Modbus sensor networks connect without changes. Do you need further information or application advice? Please contact us here.

What is the difference between the S331 and the S332 Data Logger?
The S332 is the next generation of the S331 and offers significantly expanded connectivity, data management, and remote access capabilities.
While the S331 is designed as a reliable data logger and display for compressed air and gas monitoring, the S332 combines data logging, gateway functionality, and IoT connectivity in a single device.
Key differences include:
- Up to 150 Modbus/RTU channels for monitoring large systems.
- Gateway functionality with Modbus/RTU and Modbus/TCP to connect sensors to SCADA, PLC, and HMI systems.
- Integrated web server for remote monitoring, configuration, and data export from any browser.
- Optional 4G/LTE connectivity for cloud-based monitoring without additional hardware.
- 10 GB internal memory capable of storing up to 4.5 billion data points.
- FDA 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, including user management, audit trail, and electronic signatures for regulated industries.
- Optional analog and digital I/O modules for even greater flexibility.
If you only need a local data logger with display functionality, the S331 remains an excellent solution. If you require remote access, system integration, IoT connectivity, or support for larger monitoring networks, the S332 is the recommended choice.
The S332 is designed for industrial facilities that require centralized monitoring and reliable data logging across compressed air and gas systems. It is ideal for:
- Compressed air system operators
- Energy management projects
- Manufacturing and production facilities
- Pharmaceutical and regulated industries
- Factory wide utility monitoring
- Multi point sensor monitoring applications
