Responsibilities
Basic Accounting Tasks- Process accounts payable invoices
- Handle credit card receipts and reconciliations within the ERP system.
- Manage and record financial transactions accurately
- Ensure efficient office operations.
- Assist with scheduling and calendar management
- Support senior staff with administrative tasks as needed.
- Handle initial customer inquiries via phone or email.
- Create and follow up on quotes and purchase orders.
- Provide exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Procure products from system companies.
- Receive and book inventory.
- Coordinate shipment preparation, including printing labels, customizing products, and ensuring timely dispatch.
- Manage and track inventory levels.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure a well-organized workplace.
- Book travel arrangements and handle expense reports for staff as necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to office initiatives.
- Handle any other tasks that support the company's goals and operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Experience with ERP systems and basic accounting practices
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A good customer service experience is a plus.
- German and or Spanish language skills is a plus

- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and security best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with relevant technologies, such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise software (ODOO).
SOFTWARE ENGINEER – PC & WEB APPLICATIONS (BASED IN SHENZHEN, CHINA)
Your responsibilities are:
- Implement windows/Linux- based and web-based application software
- Perform unit tests and black box tests to ensure functionality
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related discipline
- 1-2 years working experience in software development, but fresh graduates are also considered.
- Proficient in Java and Javascript.
