The compact S415 OEM Compact Flow Sensor is an affordable compressed air flow and consumption measurement solution. The S415 OEM can be installed directly at the point of use where accurate compressed air and nitrogen flow measurement is required. It is designed to be seamlessly integrated into OEM compressed air or nitrogen applications.
Low-Cost Monitoring for OEM Application
The S415 OEM will help you improve the compressed air efficiency in any OEM application, by helping to reduce operating costs and finding optimization potentials. The S415 OEM is best suited to general process work where low-cost and broad monitoring of the compressed air flow is required.
With its compact design, the S415 OEM can be easily installed into almost any OEM Application, where machine and process monitoring are needed. Equipped with inner G-thread connections ranging from DN8 (1⁄4”) over DN15 (1⁄2”), DN20 (3⁄4”), DN25 (1”) up to DN32 (1,25”). Making it suited for most typical connection sizes at the point of use.
Integrated Flow Conditioner
The advanced flow conditioner eliminates the requirement of straight inlet piping. The innovative mechanical design reduces the pressure loss to a minimum (<30 hPa), while offering highly accurate measurements in difficult pipe designs.
Wireless Communication Interface
The S415 OEM comes standard with wireless communication interface to help the user quickly and easily check the flow meter readings or adjust the settings via the SUTO flow meter app S4C-FS.
Various Sensor Outputs
The S415 OEM Flow Sensor comes with various sensor outputs, such as 4 … 20 mA, Modbus RTU, M-Bus. With the Modbus/ RTU interface, the S415 can be easily daisy-chained to a Modbus Master device such as our S331 by using an RS-485 splitter (A554 3310) and the M8 to M12 converter cable (A553 0161). Through this method, you can add up to 16 flow meters to the master device.
