With the S402 OEM Flow Meter, SUTO is completing its flow meter product range by having an OEM dedicated flow meter solution. The S402 OEM is made for compressed air system and solution providers, offering an affordable and economic flow meter for compressed air and gases together with their solutions.
Thermal Mass Flow Technology
The S402 OEM Flow Meter is based on the thermal mass flow measurement principle. Thanks to the technology the sensor doesn’t require compensation with changes in the compressed air pressure and temperature. Therefore, no additional measurement installations are needed.
Moreover, the thermal mass flow sensor technology offers a high resolution and a high sampling rate, which results in a fast and precise measurement. This also makes it well suited to be used in any other gas such as Nitrogen and many other technical gases.

Easy Installation
Installation can be done under pressure through a 1/2“ ball valve, without shutting down the compressed air system, thanks to the insertion type sensor. Various settings such as gas type, flow unit, reference standards, can be set ex-factory according to your needs.
Online Readings and Configuration
With wireless configuration of the flow meter, it makes it as easy as possible for on-site engineers. Not only can the sensor be configured and set up on site using the SUTO S4C-FS smartphone app, but live measurement data like the actual flow or the totalizator can also be read wirelessly on site.

Various Signal Outputs
The S402 OEM Flow Meter offers two different signal output options. It can be equipped with Modbus/RTU data interface or isolated 4…20 mA analog and pulse output.

The table shows flow ranges up to 300 mm pipe diameter at standard conditions in air. Other standard conditions and gases flow ranges are available on request. In larger pipe diameters flow can also be measured. |
