By providing a range of -100 … +20 °C Td, makes it an ideal choice for dew point measurements in high-tech conditions, according to the compressed air quality ISO 8573-1 Standard.

Plug and Play Dew Point Monitoring
With this generation of the dew point sensors, SUTO is offering OEM customers a plug & play solution to monitor compressed air. Redesigned from ground up and integrating the latest technology and all our experience, the S220 OEM stands out from any competition.
Unique Triple Sensor
The combination of our highly engineered QCM sensor and the well-known Polymer sensor makes the S220 OEM the first dew point sensor model on the market to measure accurate over the whole range, from -100 °C Td up to +20 °C Td. By fitting an additional pressure sensor into the measurement device, SUTO is combining 3 sensor elements (Polymer, QCM, pressure) into one dew point transmitter.
Various Output Connections
The S220 OEM Dew Point Sensor is available with 2-wire or 3-wire analog 4… 20 mA output signals, in addition to that the models are available with a Modbus/RTU digital interface.
Optional Display
The optional OLED display directly mounted on the sensor provides on-site, real-time values. The display can be easily rotated by 340 ° to fit any application. The displays cover is made from robust Polycarbonate with ABS reinforcement to withstand harsh environments.
Long-term Stable Measurements
The main body is made from high class aluminum alloy with a soft finish. The process connection is a 1.4301 (SUS 304) stainless steel connection, made to last forever. Top cover made from aluminum at the same quality as the main body.
SUTO Exchange Service
The exchange calibration service eliminates downtime and enables users to have a seamless record of their dew point measurements.
The user receives a calibrated instrument in advance with a calibration certificate and the same instrument settings. The onsite instrument is then switched with the calibrated one and returned to the supplier. Please find more information about our Exchange Service here.
